Our Free Support Services
All of our free support services are available to anyone. You won't be asked to pay anything towards them, and they are run by trained facilitators who have all undergone DBS checks and safeguarding training.
We offer online support groups and in-person Sacred Circle groups. Our Sacred Circle groups meet in communities across the UK to offer people free emotional support using techniques such as breathwork and meditation that our trained facilitators deliver to help with emotional and mental wellbeing.
