Facilitation Training

This training is for those who feel called to step forward and hold space for others in a real and responsible way.

Entry is only open to individuals who have completed the four archetype weekend workshops — The Lover, The Magician, The Warrior, and The King.

This is built on a simple belief: you can only meet someone as deeply as you have met yourself.

The training is led by Michael Maisey — a best-selling author, TEDx speaker, and someone who has been at the forefront of bringing this work into the UK. Through The CIP Project, he has helped deliver programmes across prisons, schools, and communities, and has supported the formation of multiple organisations across the UK and Ireland. His approach is grounded in lived experience, not theory.

From that foundation, the training develops the core skills needed to facilitate this work properly.
